Diving in Kenya
At the fine white sands of the Galu Beach, one can not only, sit back, relax and enjoy but one can also experience the sub-water world by snorkeling or scuba diving. There are very many beautiful places with conceivable art of corals and fish that you have never seen before. Dive into the wonderful sub-water world it is unbelievably beautiful.

Best diving season is between September and April. During the summer months some diving schools are closed. If you plan to dive during your vacation please inquire prior, for the current programme.

Kenya is without doubt a high salt-water fishing paradise. The fishing grounds at the Pemba channel or at the Watamu front have become world famous. Even Ernest Hemingway was inspired in Malindi as he wrote his famous book "the old man and the sea".
The best time for high sea-fishing are between the months of november and march. The boat rentals are quite reasonable in comparison to other places such caribbean or Mauritius. Our neighbor Mr. Steffen Putzker owns and manages the "Blue Marlin Fishing Club"at the Diani Beach and he would gladly assist you.

Kenya is turning out to be more of an insider tip for golfers.
In the last few years, attractive golf courses have risen at the coast and in the Kenyan highlands. Most of them offer courses for beginner and for advanced players.

There are 38 golf courses altogether in Kenya which arelaid with extrem charm, with a view of the sea or of the snow-covered Mount Kenya. The golf course directly at the Diani Beach is surrounded by beautiful plants and has a dafon.
The quiet Leisure Lodge golf & country club is the youngest addition in Kenya and is the only golf course at the southern coast. The colf course has 18 holes. Five are placed to play before getting over the water obstacle. Great skillis needed to manoever the two great water obstades to get to the 485 m long 18 th hole. This golf course is a real challenge even for very good players and is only a 10 minute drive from our estate.
